What’s in it?
The Recorder component - This is installed on the test participant's PC, and records screen and system activity. To capture video and audio of the test participant, you will need a Web camera and microphone connected to the test participant's computer. (Our recommended webcam and microphone and multiple Recorder components can be purchased with a license of Morae.)
The Remote Viewer - This connects to Recorder over a network and displays the full experience, including the test participant's screen, their audio comments, and video of their face. Multiple Remote Viewer licenses are available.
The Manager component - conducts full analysis of activity. It helps you finds key moments by utilizing markers, automatic segment creation, powerful search and integrated editing functionality as well as other Rich Recording Technology features.
