Good grounding for the project
This review ensures that:
- we are familiar with the ins and outs of the project and can pick up on any potential issues early in the project
- when talking with your stakeholders, we’re well-prepared and have a better idea which questions should be asked.
What we do
At the beginning of your project we familiarise ourselves with the documents and background information that relate to the project.
These normally include any project documents, business cases, previous analysis work, site logs, etc.
We also review your interface (whether it's an application, web site or intranet). The depth of this review will depend on what we'll be doing in the rest of the project.
Typically we take a tour of the screens to make sure we know its depth and breadth, and what type of issues we're likely to be dealing with.
