After the designs have been through a round of design sessions with users, we refine the designs and menus in line with the feedback we’ve received.

What we do

We make changes to the designs based on the feedback we get during the design sessions with users. Early in the process, we refine down to one design concept, which often combines ideas from all the early concepts.

The menus are refined to ensure that users can easily find the sections they require, helping to make the site or application ‘easy to navigate’.

If a further round of design sessions with users is planned, we generate more paper mockups ready for these.
