Findings report

A findings report sums up all the information we’ve discovered during the analysis phase. It can also include our recommendations on the next steps.

Understanding, reference & buy-in

The report acts as a useful reference for your staff, not just during the project, but afterwards to help you track how well the new design has addressed the issues.

As a means of obtaining buy-in and agreement on the design direction, stakeholder presentations are a useful tool.

The findings report is a good way to help you come to grips with the overarching issues and also the detail of the design problems your site or application is facing.

What we do

We organise the report to show you what the most important issues are. It sums up what the design problems are and what the design directions will be.
